High Kicks Taekwon Do

Welcome to High Kicks Taekwon Do website. High Kicks is Rochester's premier training studio. Get fit and make new friends. You'll be sure to have fun learning an intense combination of self-defense techniques, traditional Korean Forms (Tul), sparring, and physical fitness training. No previous martial arts experience is necessary. Ages 6 and up are welcome

Class Schedule


Regardless of age and skill level, we recommend students attend classes at least twice per week.

L’il Dragon / Beginners Class

Tuesday and Thursday 4:15 - 5:00 pm                              

Children's Class:  Ages 6-12 Advanced White Belt through Black Belt
Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. 

Saturday am Class . Open Class, includes Cardio, Sparring Techniques, Combos, Patterns, Self Defense ,Stretching, Board Breaking

Will be scheduled in advance on the Board

9:30 - 11am.





Adult Class 1: Ages 13 and up White Belt through Advanced Red Belt .
Tuesday and Thursday 6 p.m. until 7 p.m.   

Adult Class 2:     Ages 13 and up Black Belt Class Tuesday evening 7pm to 8pm.

Adult Class 2a     Ages 13 and up. Blue through Black Belt. Stretching and Review Class.

Thursday evening 7pm to 8pm.


Adult Class 3:  Senior / Adult Class
Tuesday & Thursday Morning from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. 

Open Class 4:   All Ages and Ranks.

Friday evenings from 6 pm to 8pm
